Utilizing an RIA - Rich Internet Application – this site allows for users to customize a vacation, propelling the user's actions forward through the process while giving them control and access to all featuresat any point in the process. The drag-and-drop interface encourages users to compile a "Pick" list, automatically adding hierarchy amongst the options chosen. All of the elements can then be edited through a pop-up calendar.

If the user drags to their picks – for example – the tab describing Fashion Week in Florence, Italy, occurring on January 28th through 30th, there will populate an expandable tree menu containing the event, which is nested inside of the date, which is nested inside the destination.
The initial stage of a user interaction with the app allows them to simply choose a destination to plan their vacation around, or they may do research to figure out where they might like to go based on best prices/off- seasons, choose based on certain activities or festivals occuring in an area during their travel dates, or choose times based on the best weather predicted for certain destinations.
User can click "Make it Green" to filter based on options that offer better ecologically sustainable choices, and automatically figures carbon offsets for transportation.
